Shipping Policy
Standard orders are typically processed and shipped between 3-5 business days. Sometimes processing may take longer, however, depending on our ability to meet the prevailing order volume. We do our very best to keep up with stock, but due to demand, some items may be purchased on backorder and may be delayed. In the event of shipping delays for any reason we will inform you via e-mail as soon as possible.
We also ship internationally. Orders will be processed within 3 to 5 business days however international delivery can take up to 2 weeks from dispatch. Like domestic we offer standard and tracked delivery via Royal Mail.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Fox & the Bear is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Return & Exchange Policy
We do accept returns
Contact us within: 5 days of delivery
Dispatch items back within: 14 days of delivery
We do NOT accept exchanges or cancellations
However please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Personalised items can not be returned
Unless they arrived damaged or defective (images will be required as proof) then personalised items can not be returned.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
